Harvest pumpkin brownies

So yesterday I decided to try a new recipe that I have been meaning to use for a while. Oh my goodness, if you like pumpkin(which I do) then you will adore this stuff. I ate three pieces yesterday. I couldn't help myself. It was wonderful. It is very moist and is more like pumpkin bread than a brownie. So since I am raving on I guess I could share the recipe for those who want to try it. Let me know if you do and how it turns out!!

What you will need:

1 can (15 ounce) pumpkin

4 eggs

3/4 cup vegetable oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups all purpose flour

2 cups sugar

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat pumpkin, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well blended. Combine dry ingredients; stir into pumpkin mixture. Pour into greased 15x10x1 pan ( I used an 8x8 which made it thicker and took and hour and 15 minutes). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
